AMAZING Customer service!
I made a mistake and left off a zero when inputting the delivery address. This was a gift for my father whom lives in another state from me. The gift was delivered quick after I ordered-like 2 days! Except-bc I put the wrong address, my dad never received. I contacted the owner, who went above and beyond to help me find this personalized gift-ultimately we were not successful. She takes alot of pride in her homemade gifts, and truly played detective in both helping me figure out why my dad didnt receive and going as far as calling the post office in his town. This was by no means her fault but she was generous enough to send me a new poem and engraved nameplate free of charge-she didnt have to do that-I would def recommend!!!
