Refund policy

Damaged deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Send us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, including the shipping label.

Once the damage is confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please keep the item and all packaging until we let you know they’re no longer needed.

Missing deliveries

If your package hasn’t arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll check with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us before mailing anything back. If a return is needed, we’ll provide a free shipping label and instructions. There are no restocking fees.

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to confirm and complete your refund or exchange. We’ll ship approved exchanges at no additional shipping charge.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us before your order is fulfilled, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive any required return or confirm the damage or loss.

Please allow 3–10 business days after we issue your refund for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If it hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, email info@purplewishinggate.com or call 1-877-318-3881, and we’ll help.

UK customers

Our 90-day return offer applies to you too. For eligible cancellations under UK consumer law, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
