Refund policy
Not satisfied with the product you received? No worries! We accept all requests for returns or exchanges, no questions asked. Contact us via email at info@purplewishinggate.com or by phone at 609-605-5880. If you have a customer account you can use the self-serve feature to start the process and we will respond accordingly. Lost shipments must be verified by the carrier and if damaged, we may request a screenshot of the damaged item to confirm the damage.
Timeframe:
Requests for a Refund, Return and/or Exchange must be made within 90 days of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges: (if applicable)
We will provide you with a complimentary shipping label for your return/exchange.

Once your return/exchange is received, we will send you an email notification along with any additional information needed to complete your request. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement to you at no charge to you. For returns, we will issue a full refund once the returned item is received.

We will immediately initiate a refund once its been approved. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. There is often some processing time (3 to 6 business days) before a refund is posted.
